Our first interaction with Melanie was when we purchased a property where she was the listing agent. We were from out of state and we didn't have an agent, so Melanie became both the Seller's and Buyer's Agent. While Melanie was close friends with the seller, we never once felt that she favored her friends over us. She was an absolute professional and totally trustworthy. Once we became established in the area we had friends, neighbors and acquaintances who were realtors, but when it came time to sell that property, we went with Melanie again because we knew her to be hard working, diligent, knowledgeable, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We recently completed our 4th transaction with Melanie, and she continues to impress us. This was a sale, the price point was higher, and the market had slowed down considerably. Nonetheless, due to Melanie's marketing strategy, we had over 30 showings in a couple of weeks, and even though we had plenty of interest in the property, Melanie decided to go the extra mile and hold an open house. Our buyers came to that open house. While we have considerable experience buying and selling properties, it is always nice to be able to lean on a true professional's wisdom and experience.
